KaithalRin Mochan Tirath, Siwan, Kaithal

This tirath finds mention in Mahabharata. Legend has it that every human being owes three debts i.e. debt to the father, debt to the Gods and debt to saints. Legend has it that after the Mahabharata War, Pandavs had taken a bath in this tirath to cleanse themselves.

Entire complex had turned into ruins for centuries. With dedication and determination of people and Kaithal MLA & Cabinet Minister, Randeep Singh Surjewala, this complex stands restored to its pristine glory.

Restoration includes stone pitching of the sides of ‘sarovar’, construction of ghats, provision of sound and light system and construction of toilet block besides making provision of a tubewell for providing fresh water.

Total cost incurred on restoration of this holy tirath is Rs.28.61 lakh.
